      Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, we stand by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your item upon receipt, we will redo and replace it at no extra cost.

      Do you crop the photos for me?

      We’ll take care of the cropping! Just upload a high-quality, front-facing photo of your pet, and we'll remove the background to focus on their face. If your pet has a collar or other accessory that you want to keep or remove, please mention this in the order notes.
